Yes all the Germans who have been victim of ethnic cleansing in Poland and the CSSR mainly received help from the government. Also they are good organised in ''Vertriebenen Verbände'' and ''Landsmannschaften'' of the different regions. The parties in Germany untill today fear the influence of these at every election.
