I live in Poland. I want to return to the UK this summer. I want to get fitter. I don't mind dying through physical exertion, but would rather not go under a bus or at the hands of a previously undiscovered tribe of savages. I had the idea of making this journey on bike. Any advice? In particular knowledge of, or links to, information regarding cycle path networks in Europe would be really useful. Thanks.
