I'm a 3rd generation American of 100% Polish descent, and I want to live in Poland. Can I get permission? A passport? Citizenship? Please refrain from telling me about Poland, or how much better the US is or asking why I want to go there. I'm only interested in the laws governing emigration to Poland.

First thing first. Visit Poland. See how you like it. Do you speak Polish? If not, learn it first and then consider emigrating there. Learn about the culture and customs. How is the police? Are they corrupt? What kind of income can you earn in Poland? Is it enough to live on? Most people move to the USA for its opportunities. If you wanted to start a business in Poland, what are the requirements? In the USA, nothing stops you from being successful. It might be different in Poland.
