public colleges are free of charge only "night" classes( studia zaoczne sa platne )and of course private colleges arent free

Public uni are free if you're polish ... and if youre not then you have pay for them. private uni are really expensive and it's doesn't matter if you're polish or not. 1 month cost about 250 to 500 PLN. depends what studies will you choose. hope i help:)

All I can honestly say is that I do not know. However; I know that the cost is less than here in the US, and you get better learning experience, you learn more.
