Well, I would definetely enjoy living in Poland and learning there. I have lots and lots of family over there. Are there any good English Colleges or something like that in Poland so that I could study in English. (I can speak fluent Polish, but definetely not THAT good0

You have to be more clear , where will you live ?

The schools are more difficult there than they are in the U.S. They don't have any particular 'English' colleges but some universities might offer classes taught in English... not all though.
