i'm 14 and i live in poland, i speak fluent polish and english also little frensh. my parents don't want to move from poland and i just NEED to move, i can't live in this country! my parents would pay for everything. i can move anywhere, japan, usa, france, ireland... i just don't now how to find a family. HELP plz

Wait 4 years and then move. Or Look for Interchange student opportunities and ask your parents for pay your education in other country

Look into the exchange student program. I don't know if it is still in existence, but it was when I was your age. It would enable you to be sponsored to come to the US and study.

As a minor I'm afraid you have no authority to move anywhere on your own. You would need your parents consent to do anything like that. When you turn 18, you can move, but not before then. student exchange is a good idea but thats not permanent - just a few months or a year at best.
