Yes. Your child could claim Polish citizenship through its mother. They have Jus Sanguin, so that means that your child will be Polish by blood because of a relative. Although I am already (and decidedly) an American citizen, I could potentially claim Polish citizenship (and everything else that includes), through my great grandmother who was Polish. You should check the specific laws regarding dual nationals for the UK and Poland. I know that Poland will not respect the dual nationality of a person, and will only recognize the Polish citizenship and its responsibilities.

Yes. I am married to a Pole as well (nice folk, hey?:) and our child would automatically get dual citizenship.

Yes your child will be able to recieve dual citizenship with no problem. You were born there so your child has the right to get a UK passport. Since your wife is Polish and your child is going to be born in Poland, you automatically get the EU Polish passport.
