Not very many - but since nobody makes such surveys, no exact numbers are available.

Poland is very ethnically homogenous: Polish 96.7%, German 0.4%, Byelorussian 0.1%, Ukrainian 0.1%, other 0.7%, unspecified 2.7% (Census 2002) The 3% of a 38000000 people is 1 140 000 - but most of these people will be white (russian, chechnyan). I'd say that the largest minority will be Koreans and Vietnamese, together making up 10 000 people or so.
